1.How do I confirm a transcription quote?
All you need to do is sign the quote accepting the general conditions of sale, stamp it with your company’s stamp and then send it back to us by fax or e-mail.
2.How do I get a quote?
We need to know how many hours have been recorded and the deadlines required in order to provide you with a transcription quote.
We will draw up an accurate quote for you within 24 hours.
3.How do you draw up a quote?
Transcriptions are invoiced based on the number of recorded hours of the meeting/conference.
The deadline for delivering the transcription is also a key factor in drawing up a transcription quote.
4.How do you work out the cost of a transcription?
Transcriptions are invoiced based on the number of recorded hours.
5.How long does a transcription take?
This depends entirely on the type of transcription required (see the transcription definitions for more information).
6.What is the VAT rate for transcriptions?
VAT is charged at 19.6% for all transcriptions.
There is no VAT charge for translations and interpreting events which take place outside France.
7.Which languages do you transcribe?
We transcribe both French and English.
